Nintendo has revealed that another one of its franchises will be getting a Lego theme. This time around it’s Animal Crossing, and we’ve gotten a sneak peek that’s criminally cute. It appears that the set will feature at least eight figurines, and all the fan favorites are there including Rosie, Bunnie, Marshal, Kappa, Fauna, Julian, Isabella, and Tom Nook.
There’s been no release date or prices yet, and we haven’t gotten a look at what sets will be coming our way. However, Lego leaker @Falconbricks, who had made a post predicting an Animal Crossing Lego theme in August, also claims that 5 sets will be released in March 2024.
As of June 2023, Animal Crossing: New Horizons has sold over 42 million copies, so there’s no shortage of fans to ensure these fly off shelves. This isn’t the only reason Animal Crossing fans can get excited, as this month brings New Horizons‘ Halloween event that is held every year.
Is Animal Crossing not your thing? There have been plenty of Lego Super Mario sets released since 2020, including the Larry’s and Morton’s Airships Expansion Set which hit stores this year.
