2K Games’ drops Mafia II on August 24, and our friends over at Gamertag Radio are throwing parties in New York City and Miami to help celebrate.
On August 22, the part kicks off at the Grand Central in Miami, with DJ Sharpsound, Garcia, and and ¡MAYDAY! performing. For those just looking to get their game on, you’ll have an early chance to check out Mafia II, as they game will be set up and playable on both Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. They’ll also be giving away a PlayStation 3, along with some Mafia II t-shirts. (Pray they have your size.) Did I mention open bar to the first 200 people to show up between 8pm and 9pm? Bring a Mafia II pre-order receipt if you want to skip to the front of the line.
On August 28 the party comes to the Bronx with Hot97’s Miss Info in attendance, along with special guest, pretty gamer lady Jo Garcia of Playboy’s Gamer Next Door. Again, expect giveaways, prizes, and more. Oh, and open bar for everyone. Make us proud.
