Sony has announced the next batch of free games for PlayStation Plus subscribers and the selection is pretty decent. Overcooked and What Remains of Edith Finch will be available next Tuesday, May 7, for download from the PlayStation Store. While I’ll still not quite over how the offerings have been cut down to two titles, at least both of these indie gems are worth experiencing.
I know that I, personally, have been meaning to try Overcooked with my friend, but never got around to it. The game takes the idea of cooperative play and creates a hectic, fast-paced environment where you’ll need to have excellent communication skills to satisfy the people ordering from your restaurants. Also, your restaurants are on the back of moving trucks, sometimes. It’s weird. You can read more about it in Destructoid’s own review.
