Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Online, Ubisoft’s next entry into the world of free-to-play titles, just released a new trailer detailing the capabilities of the iconic Recon class.
The trailer features the weapons of the Recon, sniper rifles and sub-machine guns, as well as shows off some of the gadgets that players will have a chance to use. By using the Oracle digital interrogation technology, players can detect enemy placement and highlight them for the rest of their team. Alternatively, for those players who like to track and strike when the enemy least expects it, Active Camouflage is another good option.
So far, Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Online is looking to be a tight third-person shooter experience; and for the price point of free, you can’t really argue. The closed beta will begin on March 5, and interested players can sign up on the Ubisoft website. Let’s just hope that this doesn’t set back Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Future Soldier release another few months.
