How’s that for extra motivation?
Capturing cool, beautiful, or otherwise standout moments in videogames can be such a joy, and I’m hopeful that more developers will follow the recent examples set by inFamous: Second Son and The Last of Us Remastered by including built-in photo tools. Fun for us, good marketing for them.
Speaking of the latter game, Naughty Dog is holding a photo contest in the US now through September 5 with prizes like a poster-sized image of your photo signed by the development team and a Joel and Ellie statuette up for grabs.
The full instructions are linked below, but essentially you’ll need to use the PS4’s Share button and send your photo in via Twitter. Entries can be submitted in one of three categories: Environmental, Action, and Character. Also, show us what you’ve got in the comments, while you’re at it.
A separate European contest will happen in the coming weeks.
