Much like sports games, I prefer my racers to be as arcade-y as possible. Real life is boring enough already. Why try to simulate that when you can hit a dozen home runs in a row, pull off an end zone to end zone Hail Mary pass, or even play chicken with a tractor on a Nebraskan country road?
Naturally, I’ve always really dug the Need for Speed series. And with the franchise’s most recent title is due out in a little under two weeks EA has dropped a trailer featuring the game’s multiplayer — which looks like a ridiculous good time. I only wish my cross-country trips were so eventful. Driving across Texas gets old fast. In any case, Need for Speed: The Run will be racing to stores on November 15th.
