Good evening, my little poppets. I do hope you’ve been staying cozy. I really, really need to stop writing introductions to Destructoid Show posts like I’m Mrs. Doubtfire.
Today’s episode is jam-packed with funfactz. First, our new friend Marcel Dee made us some official Destructoid Miis for your Nintendo 3DS. Then, Tara drops some knowledge about the latest Mass Effect DLC, Arrival. Then, it’s time for some real talk about what’s going on over at Zynga these days. There’s a rumor that God of War might be going online soon, (but only if Kratos learns to lay off the caps-lock first, am I right? RAAAAGHHH!) after that, we have a fabulous exclusive tidbit about Fez courtesy of our tiger-uppercutting homeboy Holmesie. Er. Jonathan Holmes. Also: Max Payne 3 screenshots.
If you haven’t heard, Tara got the idea to do a new segment called Show & Tell, where we take a look at games created by Dtoid community members. First in this series is Beetlenaut, which I personally think is enjoyable and funny. It’s playable on Beetlenaut.com and is available on the Android market. iOS version in the works. Wanna promote your game on our show? Read this.
Saving the best for last, of course, the Mr. Destructoid Vs. Squidbear teeshirt is now available for purchase right here on Splitreason. I designed this shirt myself, and I hope you guys like it. Don’t buy all the shirts, please. I still need one for myself, I’m so very cold.
Spoiler alert: Jonathan Holmes traded my girlfriend an Emolga in Pokemon White and I made her name it “Holmesie.” It’s the closest I’ll ever get to bearing a child with Holmes himself.
