We know we’ll be seeing more of Garret’s next-gen return at E3 but until then, here’s a new trailer to get you hyped up for the return of the Thief series. It’s got exactly what you’d expect: lots of darkness, lock picking, and plenty of gold and jewels to be plundered.
There’s still a lot of things I want to know about the new Thief game; is this a quasi reboot? Garret asks if we missed him and information suggestions he’s been away from The City for a while now. In a post-Assassin’s Creed/Dishonored world, what will Garret’s movement and traversal gameplay be like? Will there be anything in the new game that will reach the heights of the Cradle? I suppose I’ll only find out once I play it.
