Ninja Gaiden 3 on 360 will feature Smartglass integration

Syncronize YouTube videos

Tecmo Koei has confirmed that in addition to the new content that was added to the Wii U version of Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor’s Edge, the Xbox 360 version of the game will be getting Smartglass support.

Basically, this version of Smartglass allows you to see your in-game statistics, and syncs to YouTube to give you video walkthroughs of exact areas you’re in. It’s not much, but it’s slightly convenient and a nice ancillary way to compliment the experience.

This is how I want to see my social elements — as a completely optional, non-annoying experience on a separate device. The way Sony is pushing the Share button on the PS4 has me a bit worried that it’ll ask me to link Facebook, Twitter, and Instragram every five seconds.

With Smartglass, I can just never load up the app.
