Launching in November
Nintendo is heavily invested in Level-5’s Yo-Kai Watch, which is interesting as it’s basically Pokemon‘s biggest competitor. In addition to handling the overseas publishing, it’s also launching a new 2DS bundle next month on November 6, clearly aimed at a younger audience that may not have a device yet.
It will retail for $99.99, and will come with a pre-installed version of the first Yo-Kai Watch. Uh, wow. Considering the game is $40 on its own, that’s the lowest price for the 2DS yet. Speaking of Watch, I’m actually enjoying the show, which is currently airing on Disney XD. It’s aimed at kids, sure, but the cast is endearing and the dub isn’t bad at all.
