What other iconic Square Enix landmarks should PowerWash Simulator clean up next?
PowerWash Simulator has been a sleeper hit for the better part of a year, and it’s only gaining steam. I myself am something of a power washing enthusiast, of which there are whole communities out there, so this sim is right up my alley. The game already has hours of satisfying cleaning content, but along with the announcement that PowerWash Simulator is coming to PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch, Square Enix also announced that they’re dropping a Tomb Raider expansion to boot. The free update will be available to players at 9 am EST / 12 pm PST / 5 pm GMT on January 31, 2023.

“You’ve cleaned a bungalow, a cottage, even a tree-house,” says a blog from developer FuturLab, “but how about a manor?” That’s right, the new location in need of a powerful wash will be none other than Croft Manor from the famed Tomb Raider series. Not only will the update include a new map to take on, but it will also come with “an all-new mini campaign, with a short story and five new levels.”
PowerWash Simulator, is also coming to PlayStation 4/5 consoles and the Nintendo Switch for the first time, in addition to its launch platforms on PC, Xbox One, and Xbox series X/S. Unfortunately there won’t be any crossplay for PlayStation consoles or the Switch, but crossplay will still work between Xbox consoles and PC.
