Better start training before the October title update
Over the course of this year, I’ve spent a not-insignificant amount of time being pummeled by giant apes. My luck isn’t about to turn around, either – not while Monster Hunter World: Iceborne is out there plotting my demise. The fanged beast Rajang will arrive with the expansion’s first title update.
Capcom previously said that it plans to support Iceborne with post-launch updates along the lines of what we saw in the base game, and based on this first monster selection, I’m expecting good things.
Iceborne launches Friday, September 6 for PS4 and Xbox One players, with the PC version not making it to Steam until January 2020. The first title update isn’t far off – it’s scheduled for October 2019.
There are entirely too many games in September, but you should make room for Monster Hunter.
