Playstation blog recently posted a full update on their Ratchet and Clank-related activities at Comic-Con, and I think fans of the series will be very pleased by what they are going to see. The four videos after the jump show off everything from the first footage of the gameplay from A Crack in Time to the brand new line of weapons the game will boast (called the Constructo line). There’s going to be Ratchet and Clank toys too!
It’s been a while since I’ve played a Ratchet and Clank title, but I think this one is going to reel me back into pure, sweet platforming addiction. The release date is still Fall 2009, with no specific date announced yet, but Insomniac’s Community Manager Bryan Intihar says that a firmer date is on the way very soon. I hope “soon” means “within the week, because I want to get my hands on this! Keep an eye out for our hands on coverage with A Crack in Time coming very soon.
