Reinhardt’s origins are revealed in the newest Overwatch cinematic

Surprise, he’s hot

Overwatch‘s tankiest tank was the focus of the most recent cinematic trailer, revealed earlier today at BlizzCon. The trailer goes into Reinhardt’s origins as a cocky young crusader, more interested in glory than protecting the rest of his team, and how that led to the death of his mentor, Balderich.

It’s touching, and gives the Eichenwald map some backstory only the most devoted Overwatch fans were aware of. You can watch the trailer below.
