Just when I thought people were over the music game instruments, another exclusive one comes out. I’m always tripping over the clearance and reduction bin music controllers in stores, but Best Buy wants to offer a new one? At least this one is the ultimate one. At least this one is also a real musical instrument.
The Rock Band 3 Fender Stratocaster Squier is exclusive to Best Buy. The $279.99 controller will go on sale in March, but the retailer is taking pre-orders right now both online and in stores. You can preorder or wait, but either way you can only get this controller at Best Buy.
Remember, with this thing you’re playing actual notes and chords, and you’re sending out midi messages. Real musicians will probably care more than gamers. Hell, this thing actually comes with real music sequencing software.
