This is that time of year where leaks and rumor mills slowly drain some of E3’s excitement. The leak supposedly comes from an Ubisoft marketing survey, and it points to a Rayman Origins sequel.
One of Kotaku‘s readers claims to have grabbed some screens of this survey from firm Arkenford. From his account it seems that this sequel will feature a new world with dragons, ghosts and Greek gods. The anonymous tipster also says that the game would feature the same four-player drop-in/drop-out play as its predecessor.
CVG reached out to Ubisoft for comment and got the usual “don’t comment on speculation or rumors” shutdown.
While this new setting sounds interesting, I loved the first game so much that I don’t really care where its sequel is set. Just gimme more.
As always, take this rumor with a grain of salt.
