If you are European and absolutely sure you want Driveclub at launch and a PS4, then Sony is happy you exist. Here’s the bundle. It’s just a PS4 (with controller) and a copy of Driveclub for €439.99, which means it’s about €10 off what it would cost to buy those two things new and separately. But I find it hard to believe you couldn’t get Driveclub for €10 less sometime not too long after launch.
