If that teaser trailer for The Elder Scrolls Online left you longing for more substantial information, screenshots and details to come out of Game Informer this morning should be perfectly sufficient.
NeoGAF has put together a huge list of bullet points from the magazine; highlights include a third-person perspective, full voice acting, a hotbar for skills, no player housing, and combat that revolves around a stamina bar which lets players do things like sprint, block, and interrupt.
To be frank, the game looks and sounds like a typical MMORPG, which will of course be fine for some of us. I’m not exactly the biggest fan of MMOs or The Elder Scrolls, so combining those two things isn’t likely to pull me in. But, as always, we shall see where the game goes in the coming months. It’s not due out until next year.
