VFX in the Infiltrator demo

It’s crazy to see just how much work went into the Unreal Engine 4 Infiltrator demo that we saw at GDC earlier this year. Epic’s new series of videos gives us a look under the hood of UE4, with this newest video focusing on the visual effects pipeline.

I may not have a full understanding of particle simulation or collision or anything like that, but I can still appreciate seeing what went into making this stuff look so good. You’ll see how much went into doing the muzzle flashes, for example
