Sony has announced its own live stream plans for this E3, calling the event PlayStation Live from E3 2017.

Outside of streaming the press conference, Sony will also be streaming for the three days after that. Those who tune in will be able to see demos of new games, exclusive developer interviews, and potentially new trailers, directly from E3. Sony says it will be showing content from dozens of games on PS4 and PSVR over the course of E3.

Anyone that wants to pass on the other streams and tune in will be able to do so through any number of sources, such as YouTube and Twitch. Sony will be also streaming the event at live.playstation.com, where it will also be running “quests” for visitors to complete to unlock rewards. What the rewards are have not been specified at this time, however visitors will also be able to freely browse the developer interviews, trailers, and more as they go up.

The full schedule for the event is as follows:

  • Monday, June 12 | PlayStation Live From E3 2017 featuring the PlayStation Media Showcase | 5:00 PM Pacific Time
  • Tuesday, June 13 | PlayStation Live From E3 2017 programming | 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time
  • Wednesday, June 14 | PlayStation Live From E3 2017 programming | 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time
  • Thursday, June 15 | PlayStation Live From E3 2017 programming | 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM Pacific Time

Finally, Sony has confirmed the PlayStation E3 Experience will be returning this year. Running in the US, Canada, and South America, fans will be able to visit a local cinema on June 12 to view the press conference on the big screen.
