The only thing more impressive than Miles Morales’ powers is his fashion sense. Though Peter Parker has plenty of cool Spider-Man suits, Miles always seems to outshine him when it comes to crime-fighting attire. Things are no different in Spider-Man 2 where Miles has a great selection of suits to unlock.
There are a little over 30 suits to unlock, and once you’ve done so you can customize them further by selecting different styles. If you’re wondering which suits you should be aiming to unlock for Miles Morales in Spider-Man 2, this guide will help you out.
City Sounds Suit
As Miles Morales helps Peter with his little symbiote problem, he also finds time to make sure everything is going alright with the citizens of New York. When musical instruments are stolen from the Harlem Cultural Museum, Miles goes on a relentless hunt for the culprits.
It’s a fun side story, and for your efforts, you unlock the City Sounds Suit. It makes him look like a dapper jazz player, and the gloves are a nice touch too. It’s available in four colors, with purple being my personal favorite.
Bodega Cat Suit
Simple but stylish, the Bodega Cat Suit has Miles in tights, Adidas sneakers, and a hoodie bearing the Spider-Man logo. What makes it truly stand out is his backpack which has an adorable ginger cat in a Spider-Man mask. Wear this suit in combat, and the cat will you help out with Finishers.
Shadow-Spider Suit
In Spider-Man 2, we see Peter in the black venom suit, and it has New York worried about the sudden change in Spider-Man. If you want Miles to have a dark look as well, you should grab the Shadow-Spider Suit.
The suit features a flowing cape which makes it extra fun to soar the skies when using your webwings. If you aren’t trying to look like Batman, you can use the white and gold style which, in my opinion, is the best version of the suit.
Into the Spider-Verse Suit
For fans of the Into the Spider-Verse movie, there’s this suit. Apply it, and Miles will look like he’s jumped out of the movie and into Spider-Man 2. It doesn’t have any additional styles, so don’t expect to change its color.
When you unlock it, by default it will apply Film Style Animation that will make Miles’ animation mimic a hand-drawn animation style. It’s a nice touch, but you’ll probably want to turn it off eventually (especially if you’re playing at 60 FPS), which you can do under Visual Settings.
Miles Morales 2020 Suit
A personal favorite, the Miles Morales 2020 Suit looks hi-tech without being nerdy. It has a full-body suit and a jacket, as well as a pair of wired earphones. The stripes on the outfit glow, making it a fun one to use when web-swinging at night.
The coolest part of it is the helmet which displays Miles’ eyes using LED lights. All the colors look great, but there’s just something special about the white suit.
You won’t have to worry about your suits being tied to any skills and abilities. There’s the Suit Tech to upgrade instead, and it’s applicable to all your outfits.
