There will be a Nintendo Direct tomorrow ;) ;)

There have been rumors flying around the Internet that there would be a Nintendo Direct on April 1. Some of the rumors include Splatoon amiibo, new footage of the next Star Fox game, and a new Wii U game in which players take on the role of Bowser.

While the legitimacy of the specifics is still in question, Nintendo has confirmed today that there will be a Nintendo Direct tomorrow at 3 PM Pacific. The official press release is vague on what exactly will be shown, citing only “upcoming Wii U and Nintendo 3DS games,” followed by “a short Nintendo Treehouse presentation featuring one of [its] spring 2015 releases.”

Part of me hopes that we all tune in only to see a big picture of Wario giving us the finger. Seriously? You thought you’d get real news on April Fools’ Day? Suckers.
