Agent 47 best have his passport handy. He’ll be doing a lot of global travel in Hitman 2. He’ll be doing a lot of murdering too, by the looks of things. Surprise, surprise.
We’re three weeks out from the release of Hitman 2, and developer IO Interactive has given us the rundown of the places Agent 47’s jetset life will take us. There are seven locales in Hitman 2: Hawke’s Bay, New Zealand; Miami, USA; Santa Fortuna, Colombia; Mumbai, India; Whittleton Creek, USA; Isle of Sgàil, North Atlantic; and Himmelstein, Austria (Sniper Assassin mode).
There won’t be any downtime between assignments, either. When Hitman released under Square Enix in 2016, it was an episodic game that introduced a new location every five weeks (or so). Hitman 2, which is published by Warner Bros., simply launches as a full game on November 13. All the contract killin’ is coming fast and furious — just how 47 likes it.
