And comes out very soon
What? You didn’t think that all five of Microsoft’s Xbox One holiday bundles were going to come packed with gallons of blood, did you? We have to take a minute to think about the kids. The kids!
As a quick detour from the likes of a Tomb Raider bundle and a Gears of War/Rare Replay set, Wednesday’s offering is Lego-themed. It’s an Xbox One with a 500GB hard drive and a copy of The Lego Movie Videogame. That runs $350. It’ll release on October 6 (very soon!) and pre-orders are already available at Amazon. It’ll probably be sold at all retailers, although Microsoft Store is the only one that Xbox’s posting explicitly mentions.
While it’s the lowest priced package yet, it’s also the most unimaginative. It comes with a hard drive half the size of the other bundles, and a game that’s nearing two years old. Still, it’s likely to be the most welcoming for those who place an emphasis on family friendly.
