I found it to be very lively
I’ve often heard from people that Zelda: Breath of the Wild‘s world is lifeless, and I just don’t agree.
Maybe it’s because I allowed myself to get lost in it, but I felt like I was uncovering life at every turn: and not just because of the “wacky randomness” of the engine. This video from Redditor Secuta exemplifies that feeling. In short, they’re just hang gliding around Hyrule, dropping bombs for fun. Or as Secuta calls it, “fooling around.” But the fact that they were able to find a Korok in a random tree just goes to show you how packed this universe really is.
There’s 120 shrines (puzzle dungeons) and 900 seeds strewn about this map, for starters. Then there’s countless sidequests and secrets, on top of all of the “roaming fun” that people poke fun of so much. Zelda: Breath of the Wild is turning three years old on March 3. That’s insane to think about!
But as I’ve said time and time again, people keep finding a reason to come back to it for very simple reasons like this. And that rules.
I was just fooling around, at found this. from r/Breath_of_the_Wild
