Ubisoft’s upcoming improbable trailer dialogue game Tom Clancy Presents (RIP) Rainbow Six: Siege will miss its October 13 release date, the company announced. The closed beta will still start September 24, but the pushed back release will allow more time for the team to tune based on beta feedback (and make sure that game, you know, works; something of a challenge with online-focused launches).
“We felt there are adjustments and improvements we can make, including improving the co-op experience across all game modes, weapon and gadget balancing, as well as menu and interface navigation,” Ubisoft offered in a statement.
“We’re taking a little more time to make these changes, and we think it’s the right call.”
Siege will be out December 1.
