Another Tuesday, another depressing look at the UK Charts. It seems that the top slot is now completely given over to a turf war between FIFA 09 and Call of Duty: World at War. The two titles now seem to be trading places, and this week FIFA 09 is holding the hallowed ground.
Hopefully I made that sound more thrilling than it actually is, because this week’s chart toppers are almost the same as last week’s. At this point, I think these weekly charts are interesting to look at just to see how dull the mainstream game buyer’s market actually is. If this is what the mainstream consumer sees as the best that gaming has to offer, then I think it’s a sad, sorry reflection on the British public.
Hit the jump for this week’s totally unsurprising UK chart.
