Still due in July on Switch
Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3 is still hitting the Switch exclusively in July. But today during E3 they introduced a new cog in the machine: an expansion pass. It’ll have “content from” Marvel Knights, X-Men, and Fantastic 4 (!). That likely includes characters but what else there is to these packs is still up in the air.
That’s not coming until the fall, so while you can “get the pass today” it won’t be day-one DLC. Elektra, Elsa Bloodstone, and Ghost Rider are also now a part of the base game.
If you’re curious as to what it looks like in action, Nintendo just gave us a lengthy rundown on their Treehouse segment of E3, which provided the most gameplay we’ve seen to date. You can watch that below along with the new E3 trailer.
