Buy a print before July 17 to support the Kickstarter appeal
Uncharted 4 and The Last of Us concept artist, John Sweeney, has produced an exclusive print to support the Shenmue 3 Kickstarter.
There are eight large prints (24H x 47W) and 100 smaller prints (16H x 31W) available from Cook and Becker. Money raised by sales before July 17 – which is when the Shenmue 3 campaign ends – will be donated to the Kickstarter fund.
“I’m so excited that Shenmue 3 is finally happening!” said Sweeney. “I wanted to capture the moment just after Ryo’s father Iwao is killed by Lan Di. In the game the scene stops with Ryo cradling Iwao and screaming “No!” I wanted to imagine a shot where Ryo is standing just outside the dojo where is father was just killed.”
“It is cold and very early in the morning. Snow is falling. The morning light is still weak and only some of the wood interior is catching light from the outside. Ryo’s pose already hints at him seeking revenge.”

The Shenmue 3 Kickstarter has breached $4.5 million with eight days to go.
If you have £70ish spare and fancy snagging one of these, head on other to the Cook and Becker website. While you’re there, could you pick me up one/some/all of the BioShock prints?
Ta, you’re a pal. <3
