Once more unto the breach, dear friends…
Japanese PlayStation 4 owners can now download a demo of Sega’s upcoming turn-based battle title Valkyria Chronicles 4. The demo went live on the PSN store in the East earlier today.
Weighing in at a somewhat hefty 5.3GB, the demo lets players play through the sequel’s opening, coming to an end at the second chapter of the main campaign. Save data from the demo will be carried over into the main release of the title, which lands in Japan next month.
Of course, sneaky fans in the West may be able to access the demo through alt accounts, though I assume that there will be some trial-and-error involved in making your way through the games menus, but such trivial matters wouldn’t stop the soldiers of the Federation Army, right?
Valkyria Chronicles 4 launches in Japan in March on PS4 and Summer on Nintendo Switch. It is scheduled for release in the West on PS4, Xbox One and Switch later in 2018.
