After the death of a mother recently because of an idiotic morning DJ contest called “Hold Your Wee for a Wii,” the radio station that employed these jackasses has decided to can 10 employees of KDND. Three jockeys and two morning hosts were among those who took the axe:
Ten employees of radio station KDND, who ran the “Hold Your Wee For a Wii” contest that resulted in the water-intoxication death of mom Jennifer Strange (right), were fired today as a result of the incident. The show on which the contest was broadcast, called “Morning Rave,” has been cancelled.
The firings apparently included the three disc jockeys and two “morning personality” hosts who participated in the program.
The beginning of the end of their life is now underway. I’m sure a full suite of lawsuits will finish the job.
