The WoW Season of Discovery has officially begun, and the servers are live. A lot of popular World of Warcraft Classic streamers have decided to play on the same server. Some players like to jump in on these servers for a chance to play with streamers, while others like to purposefully avoid them as they tend to be quite congested. If you are wondering what server streamers are playing on in WoW Season of Discovery, here it is.
WoW Season of Discovery streamer server
Even though we didn’t know the realm names at the start, streamers had already made it clear they planned to play on the single RPPvP realm. Now that the servers are live we know that the server streamers are playing on in WoW Season of Discovery is Crusader Strike, the RPPvP realm.
The Crusader Strike server is extremely overloaded at launch and has massive queue times of thousands of players which can mean several hours sitting in queue. It’s quite possible players and streamers will end up going elsewhere so they can actually get into the game instead of sitting in the massive queue.
Is Crusader Strike server character creation open?
Due to the congestion on the Crusader Strike server, character creation on Alliance is currently locked. As you can see in the screenshot above, when I tested joining the server there was a massive queue. However, I’ve heard the queue has gone over 10,000 which means literal hours until you will get into the game.
If you want to be able to easily get into WoW Season of Discovery and play, I’d recommend not playing on the Crusader Strike server at the moment. However, if you do still want to play on the streamer server, keep in mind you will not be able to create an Alliance faction-based character at the moment.
Now that you know what server streamers are playing on in WoW Season of Discovery, which server do you plan to play on?
