Coup de Grace
Saturday! Saturday! Sat-ur-day! Saturday! Saturday! Sat-ur-day! Saturday! Saturday! Saturday… morning’s alright for fighting. Or perhaps just a nice coffee and some breakfast biscuits. We all have plans for the weekend, and even though Elton John’s ready to wreck heads in the world’s most flamboyant riot, I’m not quite as punk, and I’m probably just going to write about some video games.
This week I didn’t get up to a whole lot of gaming, I did sink some time into Overwatch’s Halloween event, which has proved fairly fruitless for bagging great loot, but has still been a lot of fun. Other than that, I’m doing a lot of mopping up around Persona 5, desperately pushing up my Confidant levels with all my fave characters, like the hugely underrated Ohya Ichiko. No-one ever talks about that teenager-chasing lush, she’s so misunderstood.
What have you guys been playing Or perhaps have lined up for your weekend? We got a lot of big games out right now, with Soulcalibur VI and Starlink joining the roster this past week. There’s still a lot of meat on titles like Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, Super Mario Party and Call of Duty: Black Ops 4, not to mention those still swinging through Marvel’s Spider-Man. Spoiled for choice we are.
