It’s another one of those games
Last night a few Evolve reviews were posted. Ours isn’t ready just yet, though.
2K Games informed us that servers won’t actually go live until later today, to prepare for the official launch. In other words, since we haven’t had the opportunity to test real-life servers yet, we therefore do not have a review.
Once we obtain a full retail copy of the game all of you will be playing, our own Nic Rowen will put it through its paces, and provide an update of his experience at launch, followed by a full, scored review. In other words, its part of our normal review in progress initiative, used to cover games reliant on online components.
As always, use reviews and videos as a guide, not gospel. It helps to gather as much information as you can before making an informed purchasing decision, and we’ll help you with that process once servers go live.
