Where to find your Dream Home in Starfield – Location and Price

A dream home with a dream mortgage in the field of stars.

Starfield Dream Home location and price

The Dream Home trait when creating a character in Starfield grants you access to your very own dream home on an Earthlike planet. It’s hard to deny that it’s a nice home, however, keep in mind it is unfurnished. Even though starting with the trait gives you access to the dream home, it doesn’t really tell you where to find your dream home in Starfield. This guide will tell you its precise location as well as the price you will pay for the home over time.

Where is the location of your Dream Home in Starfield?

Your dream home is located on the planet Nesoi, located in the Olympus system. If this sounds familiar, it’s because you may have already visited the Almagest Casino that is orbiting the planet of Nesoi. Olympus is located directionally to the southeast of the Sol and Alpha Centauri systems.

Once you are in orbit of Nesoi you should be able to see the location to land at your dream home. It will be aptly named: <PlayerName’s Home>.

What is the price of the Dream Home in Starfield?

The Dream Home trait not only gives you a house but also a mortgage with GalBank to pay for it. The total mortgage cost is 125,000 credits which must be paid via a 500 credit per week payment. You can visit GalBank at any time and pay your mortgage early. If you no longer want the home, you can foreclose the mortgage. Doing this will end the weekly payments, but you will also lose the home. 500 credits a week is nothing in Starfield, so don’t worry about keeping up with the payment.

In order to make a payment you can visit GalBank and pay, or simply visit your home. If a payment is due you will receive a prompt to make a payment when trying to enter your home.

Now that you know where to find your dream home in Starfield, it’s time to furnish it to your liking!
