XCOM 2 looks quite nice outdoors

Can’t take my eyes off of you

Sometimes, I just want to look at the world of XCOM free of distraction.

It’s quite pleasant, in fact, when you aren’t obsessively worrying about the many ways in which your squad can and likely will perish. Or how your never-big-enough organization will die a slow, painful death because of a few rookie calls you made early on that are now catching up with you.

But maybe that’s just me. At any rate, XCOM 2 is looking nice in these nature screenshots.

You know what lives outside? Snakes.

You know what snakes shouldn’t be? People.
