Yep, PlayStation 5 games will come in a blue case

Sony is working its way down the incremental PS5 reveal checklist. Next up? Game cases.

If you were expecting Sony to continue shrouding PlayStation games in blue plastic cases, you’re right on the money. It’s business as usual for the PlayStation 5. That said, the box art branding won’t stay the same. Instead of white on blue, it has a black-on-white banner to match the console’s funky design.

Does the PlayStation branding stand out? Sure. The label pops. Do I like it any better? Nope!
